Q. What do I do if I need to cancel my order?
A. You need to call us and let us know. If it is within 24 hours of the specified time of delivery you are required to pay 50% of the bill. Please call (416) 434-3440 if you need to cancel.
Q. What if we require catering outside of the delivery zone?
A. Call us and we will do our best to meet your requirements, additional delivery fees may apply.
Q. Where is the food prepared?
A. All the food is prepared in a state of the art commercial kitchen in a central downtown location.
Q. What if we do not require utensils with our delivery.
A. If you do not require Utensils for your delivery, make a note on the order and we will not send any. We are an eco friendly company and every little bit helps.
Q. What if we require a fully catered event with staff.
A. Boardroom Food does not provide a fully catered service. We specialize in delivering quality cold platters to boardroom meetings and office.
