General Policies

• If an order is cancelled within 24 hours of the selected delivery date and time, a 50% surcharge will apply. In order to cancel an order please call (416) 434-3440

• Orders must be placed by 3pm to qualify for delivery on the following day. You can place orders up to 1 month in advance.

• The minimum order amount for delivery is $99.99, plus applicable taxes and the delivery fee.

• The delivery fee for all orders is $9.99.

• Orders will be delivered within the 45 minute time window specified by the customer during the ordering process. Please ensure that someone is available to receive and sign for the delivery during the specified time window.

• Our desserts (may) contain traces of nuts.

• If your orders are paid for on an account, the balance is required to be paid within 30 days of receiving the invoice.

• Boardroom Food is an eco-friendly company. Please state on your order if you do not require utensils such as plates, cups, etc.
